<itunes:summary>In this episode, I cover the following . . .

First, I thank all of you have left comments about the situation with my dad, and provide an update about his status.

It looks like I might be heading to Columbia in a few days. If everything works out, I'll be spending about 2 weeks there.

Then, I talk about the purpose of the hotline I set up (888-835-2414). When you call and leave a question, I answer it on the podcast, not via a personal call.

It's the best way I know to contribute value to the most amount of people as possible.

Tai called in a question about how to develop an effective email marketing campaign. Here are the tips I gave:

	Focus on providing value
Focus on building a relationship with your subscribers
Ask yourself what your audience wants to know, and share that info with them
In terms of how often to email your subscribers, try something and test the response. See what works for you and then go with that.

Then I talk about the struggles I'm having constructing my dreamline as a part of the Mastermind Group.

Lastly I answer the questions at the end of Chapter 2 of the 4 Hour Workweek. Here are the questions and my answers:

What's the worse that can happen if I were to follow my dream (in my case, building a massive online business)?

	My online business can fail
I can loose my job and not have any money
My wife and I can have a child and not have enough money to support that child
Not have enough money to pay the bills

What steps could you take to repair the damage or get things back on the upswing, even if temporarily?

Find a new job as a teacher.
Go back to school and get a degree
	Find odd jobs
	Do some consulting work

What are the more positive possibilities that can happen?

	My business explodes
	Making much more Passive income
Freedom to travel and see the world
Have enough money to help people
	Change the world

If I was fired today, what would I do to get things under financial control?

Not as much of a problem for me today
I could probably make more money if I weren't working
	Live off my online income
However, I love teaching, and I believe that God has me where I am for a specific purpose.
Would have to cut back on expenses like wireless internet, iPhone with maximum plan, consolidate my websites, get on shared hosting
Stop traveling as much, until things picked up.

What am I putting off out of fear?

Nothing really. I'm no longer afraid because I see the possibilities that are out there and I'm gaining the knowledge to do something about it.
My goal is not to quit my job right now. I don't have a problem with jobs. I have a problem with depending solely on that.

What is it costing me to postpone action?

I'm no longer postponing, just trying to prioritize</itunes:summary>

 <itunes:summary>In today's episode, I cover the following...

Can you believe it? After today, there's no more "Freebie Guy". Yep, as you can see I've changed my website domain from TheFreebieGuy.net to www.LearningWithLeslie.com - Permanently.

Why?

The "Freebie Guy" is no longer relevant to my goals.
All these names (and URLs) can confuse people
I want you to know me, just as I am!

Then I answer 2 Questions:

Andre calls in to ask what incentives I recommend giving to get people to join your mailing list. My recommendations were Free eBooks, Reports, Videos, Webinars, or any other niche specific item that delivers value to your target audience.

Tai calls in to ask what bounce rate was and what levels of bounce rate you should expect to see. I explain that Bounce rate is the percentage of single-page visitors. It gives you an idea of how "sticky" your website is, and I also give some examples from my websites.

John calls in to voice his enthusiasm for the Learning With Leslie Mastermind and I also read a comment left by Tai on the same subject.

Then I talk about the first section of the 4 Hour Work Week, which is what we are reading for the Mastermind Group. For the first week, the goal is to get up to chapter 2.

The question for this week is the following: WHY do YOU want to Make Money Online? What is your goal behind that goal? Is it for personal reasons? To help others? Let me know by leaving a comment or by calling the hotline at 888 835 - 2414.

Here are my goals:

	To help out family
To help friends and others in need (Especially young people)
	To Change the world

I share some of my other goals, even when it comes to my Ministry. My wife and I are musicians and we like to travel and share God's love with others. You can check out our ministry over at www.AdonaiMusic.com.

I think that's all. Hope you enjoy!

<itunes:summary>In this episode, I cover the following

Part 1

I give some more details about the Learning With Leslie Mastermind Group. Here are those details:

The Mastermind Group will be a group of individuals that are determined to build businesses in an efficient way - One that is not dependent on them to function well and thrive.
We will be studying the book - The 4 Hour Workweek, by Time Ferris, and implementing the concept in our online businesses.
We will be reporting on our progress on a weekly basis, and encouraging each other along the way.

Based on a recommendation from my buddy Chris Deals from DayJobKnockout.com, I set up the domain www.LWLMastermind.com, which redirects to a section of this website that will be dedicated to all of the updates that the various mastermind members post.

It will link back to all of their blog posts that talks about their progress through the program.

If you are interested in being a part of the Mastermind Group, check out the Mastermind Page.

Part 2

As Promised, I posted Part 2 of my Interview with Cliff Ravenscraft, a.k.a. The Podcast Anser Man from PodcastAnswerMan.com. In this interview, Cliff goes through the details of How to Start a Podcast.

Whether you are interested in podcasting or not, you will benefit from listening to this interview. Here are the things Cliff talks about:

How to start a Podcast with Free Services in a very EASY way
How to record a Podcast using your Smartphone
The format you NEED to have your podcast in
What options he recommends for Hosting your Podcast Website
Why it's smart to stay away from regular hosting accounts for hosting your podcast (Why Web Hosting companies are Liars)
	Using Shownotes for your podcast
What you need in order to have a podcast with a quality that's better than most others out there and do better than most
Why Most People fail when starting a podcast or online business
Why it is important to be clear who your audience is.
	Much More . . .

As you can see, there's a lot in there, and it's nothing but Value. Cliff also mentions a number of resources to help you with your podcasting and your online business in general. Here are links to those resources:

Podcast Answer Man - Cliff's Website.
GSPN.tv Test Mp3 - Showing that every file on your site has an address.
Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us, by Seth Godin. A book I highly recommend.
Edirol R-09HR High-Resolution WAVE/MP3 Recorder - The digital recorder we both use to record our podcast episodes
ConnieAndSheilaTalk.com - A podcast that illustrates how a high quality podcast can be produced on a relatively small budget.</itunes:summary>

Many successful internet marketers have very similar beginnings. They found out about a way they can make money online, did some research and decided to give it a try. When they started, it was a one-man show. They did everything from the design (which in many cases was pretty pathetic) to the product development, the copywriting to the marketing, and all of the other dynamic aspects of running their online business. After a while, many internet gurus (as we know them today) experienced some form of burnout.
