These issues affect you guys directly, so we might as well let you know what's up Larry. We do appreciate the support though. These things happen every so often, so we do expect it. The good thing is that we learn in the process and then work to make things better.

Over time we will be implementing more and more backup systems and security checks to make sure that these problems happen less (or not at all).

From my corporate experience, it is wise to have a backup system (server). This may not be cost effective for Calistyle. It is something you should consider.

So sorry to hear that Terry. I hope this never happens again. I was just speaking to someone who had something like this happen to them on a larger scale. They lost about 6 MONTHS of data. I cannot even imagine something like that happening. I guess that's why we can never fully trust technology.
