I’ve attached to this email a sheet called ‘traffic schedule’.  This sheet outlines what work you’ll be doing Daily (Mon-Thurs) and what work you’ll do weekly (on a Friday).

This sheet also gives some aproximate timings for these tasks. This is just a guide, and it’s important to remember that we care more getting all the work done than we do with how long each task takes to the minute.
