I'm a pianist and at first, the thought of being in front of people really freaked me out, but the more I did it, the more I got used to it. So now, I can do it more comfortably without sweating like a pig, lol. It is still always strange to hear my voice being played back. It doesn't sound the same as it does in my head :) Screen capture is always a good option, and actually it can be more effective than an actual person in the video, depending on the context. It's also relatively simple. I'm really getting into that more! I know the feeling.
